Manual Osteopathy in SW Calgary
Manual osteopathy is a hands-on treatment for muscles, joints and the tissue around them. Your osteopath checks how your body moves, finds what limits it and works on that with gentle techniques. Clients come to us with back and neck pain, headaches from desk work, sports injuries and stiffness that massage alone doesn’t fix.
Many insurance plans cover manual osteopathy, and we bill most insurers directly.
Your first appointment
- We ask about your pain, past injuries, surgeries and anything your doctor has told you.
- Your osteopath checks your posture and how you move.
- Treatment starts in the same visit.
- You leave with a plan: how many sessions you may need and what to do at home.

Your osteopath first watches how you stand, bend and turn your head, and asks where it hurts and since when.
Then the treatment works on what limits you, with gentle hands-on techniques.
